Open your cart, add your name, phone number and delivery location, then tap Send order on WhatsApp. Your order is written for you, so you only press send.

We check stock, confirm the final price and delivery cost for your area, and answer any questions.

Pay and receive
We agree the payment details with you, then arrange delivery. Nothing is ever paid on this website.

How do I place an order?
Add what you like to your cart (or tap the WhatsApp button on any product), then send the order on WhatsApp. We reply to confirm stock, the final price and delivery to your area.
Do I pay on the website?
No. Nothing is paid online. We agree the payment details with you on WhatsApp or by phone once your order is confirmed.
Can I get my order delivered?
Delivery is available - we confirm the cost and timing for your area on WhatsApp before you pay.
How do I know an item is in stock?
Stock moves quickly, so we confirm availability for every order. Message us and you will get an answer straight away.
Are the prices final?
Prices shown are our current listed prices in Kenya shillings. We confirm the final price with you on WhatsApp before you pay anything.
Can I call instead of using WhatsApp?
Yes. Call +254 100 630 021 and tell us what you need, or send the cart on WhatsApp and we will call you back.
What is Lipa Mdogo?
Lipa Mdogo lets you take your appliance home after paying a deposit of 10% of the cash price, then pay the balance in equal monthly instalments over 12 months. Every product page shows the exact deposit and instalment, and you can apply on WhatsApp.
Is the discount real?
Yes. Every product is currently 10% off its normal price. The crossed-out price is the normal price and the bold price is what you pay in cash.
