What we collect

When you send an order on WhatsApp, use the contact form, or call us, you give us the details you choose to share: your name, phone number, delivery location and what you want to buy. That is all we ask for.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer you, confirm your order, arrange payment and delivery, and give after-sales help. We do not sell your information.

Your cart

Your cart is kept in your own browser on your own device. It is not sent to us until you press Send order on WhatsApp, and you can empty it at any time.

Payments

This website does not take payments and does not collect card or mobile-money details. Payment is arranged with you directly after we confirm your order.

Sharing and keeping information

We share your details only with the people who deliver or install your purchase, and only as far as needed to do so. Order conversations are kept for as long as needed to support your purchase and meet legal requirements.
