Orders

An order is only confirmed once we have replied to confirm stock, the final price and delivery details. Sending a cart or message is a request to buy, not a binding sale.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in Kenya shillings (KSh) and may change. Stock changes quickly, so availability is confirmed for every order. We confirm the final price with you before you pay.

Payment

We do not take payment through this website. Payment details are agreed with you on WhatsApp or by phone after your order is confirmed.

Discount

Prices shown already include the current 10% discount on cash purchases. The crossed-out price is the normal price. We may change or end a promotion at any time; the price we confirm with you on WhatsApp applies to your order.

Lipa Mdogo (instalments)

Lipa Mdogo lets you pay a deposit of 10% of the cash price and settle the balance in 12 equal monthly instalments. The deposit and instalment amounts on this website are a guide. Approval, any documents we need, and the full plan terms - including what happens if a payment is missed - are confirmed with you before you pay the deposit.

Delivery

Delivery is available - we confirm the cost and timing for your area on WhatsApp before you pay.

Warranty and returns

Warranty and return terms depend on the product and brand. We confirm them with you at the time of purchase, so please ask before you buy.

Photos and descriptions

Product photos and descriptions are a guide. Colours, accessories and models can differ slightly; ask us on WhatsApp if a detail matters to you.
